and 3.5 miles from downtown Boca Grande.The 58 slip Marina has first class docking facilities and can accommodate vessels up to 80'. The buildings are
attractive southern contemporary Victorian structures. At the end of the dock, the marina building houses the laundry & showers. There is also a covered patio and grill for individuals or groups.

Buy or Rent?
We welcome overnight and long term guests, but if you would like to make Uncle Henry's one of your permanent ports of call, we also have slips for sale. Slip lengths up to 65' and widths
ranging from 8' to 22'. Smaller wet slips have 30 amp power and fresh water. Larger wet slips have 30 & 50 amp power, fresh water and cable television.

Our Daily Rate May 1st thru October 31 is $2.75 per foot with a 25' minimum which includes water, cable and electric.
Our Daily Rate November 1st thru April 30 is $3.50 per foot with a 25' minimum. which includes water, cable and electric. Wi-Fi also included.
Monthly Rates November 1st thru April 30th 25' minimum:
$19.00 per foot per Month plus Tax. Electric is metered.
Monthly Rates May 1st thru October 31st 25' minimum:
$17.00 per foot per Month plus tax. Electric is metered.
Annual Rates 25' minimum.:
$14.00 per foot per Month plus Tax. Electric is metered.

Fishing in the Boca Grande area is considred by many to be World Class. With Tarpon, Redfish , Trout and Snook plentiful to name a few. You may wish to book a fishing trip with a local area guide
